Butterfly photography at RHS Garden Wisley Glasshouse
Dear Photographers
Here is an interesting opportunity for anyone who enjoys wildlife photography. Once again Wisley Glasshouse is hosting a varied collection of butterflies from 15th January to 27th February 2011. These flamboyant creatures fly freely among the exotica of the tropical zone delighting our visitors. I would like to draw your attention to two special mornings being held during this event:
Butterfly Photography Mornings with Adrian Davies
Wednesday 26 January and Wednesday 9 February 2011 8am-12.30pm
Learn to take beautiful photographs of our tropical butterflies and get expert advice, with exclusive access before the Glasshouse opens to the public at 10am.
Varieties of Butterfly include The Blue Morpho, Owl Butterfly, Tree Nymph and Tailed Jay and with exotic shrubs such as Plumbago indica, a tropical plant with long bright pink flowers (that has been specially grown for the butterflies to feed on) there will be plenty of shots to choose from.
Cost: RHS Members £50, Non-members £60
